About the Chef 

Chef Josh Furman started his career in 1987 with an apprenticeship under London England’s first and foremost-celebrated Chef, Albert Roux. The restaurant was Le Gavroche, the first UK restaurant to be awarded one, two and three Michelin stars. It was here that his passion for cooking was forged, in the fires of Le Gavroche cuisine. After leaving London Chef Josh spent many years working with some of the Best Chefs the on the United States eastern seaboard, including Chefs Yannick Cam, Jean-Louis Palladin, and William McNamme . Chef Josh opened the first of six successful restaurant ventures to come in 1996. Always applying his philosophy that if you always strive for excellence, and love what you do all things are possible. We hope you enjoy all of the new services Chef Josh has to offer
